Initiate Your Return
Log into your Karaca account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack with Care
Place the items securely in their original box with all protective padding to ensure fragile goods like porcelain or glassware are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
